Multi-currency
On every plan, on both sides. Bill a customer in their currency and record a supplier invoice in theirs, each at its own rate, with your books kept in yours.
No order limits
Every plan includes unlimited orders with no charge per sale, so a busy month never costs more.
Your database
Each plan comes with its own database, sized to the plan. There is no per-gigabyte charge and no surprise on your bill — if you get near the limit we tell you, and you can move up a plan or add 10 GB for $12 a month. Scanned documents are kept separately and don't count against it.
Smart Capture — the one hard limit
Reading pauses until the month turns. You can still key documents in by hand.
Sales tax, GST/HST or VAT is added at checkout where it applies, based on where your business is.
Refer a business, both of you get paid.
Once the business you referred completes 3 paid months, you each get half a month of their plan as credit — so between you, their first month is on us. It comes off your next bill; nothing to claim.
