Questions
Can different customers see different prices?
Yes. Each trade customer can have their own price list, and the B2B portal shows them only their prices.
Do I need special scanning hardware?
No. The warehouse scanner runs on a phone or any handheld with a browser; dedicated barcode scanners work too.
What happens if a supplier bill does not match the delivery?
A supplier invoice can only bill what was actually received, and each invoice on the order shows whether it matches the delivery.
Is there a limit on orders?
No. Every plan has unlimited orders and there is no per-sale charge. Plans are sized by users, locations and database space, so a good month never costs you more.
Can I keep my accountant in QuickBooks or Xero?
Yes. Connect QuickBooks or Xero, map the accounts once, and approved sales invoices and supplier bills are sent across — and payments recorded there against those invoices come back. Syncendio also keeps full double-entry books of its own if you would rather not use a second package.
Can my bookkeeper or accountant log in?
Yes. Invite them as an advisor from Settings → Partners. They get the access you choose, and an advisor seat does not count towards your plan’s users.
