Questions
Will it oversell if an order is already being packed?
No. The stock published to Shopify is what is available — on hand less what is already committed to open orders.
Do I have to rebuild my products?
No. Import them from Shopify. Variants are matched by SKU, and importing again is safe.
Can I sell in person too?
Yes. Point of Sale with tills and shifts is included on every plan and uses the same stock.
Is there a limit on orders?
No. Every plan has unlimited orders and there is no per-sale charge. Plans are sized by users, locations and database space, so a good month never costs you more.
Can I keep my accountant in QuickBooks or Xero?
Yes. Connect QuickBooks or Xero, map the accounts once, and approved sales invoices and supplier bills are sent across — and payments recorded there against those invoices come back. Syncendio also keeps full double-entry books of its own if you would rather not use a second package.
Can my bookkeeper or accountant log in?
Yes. Invite them as an advisor from Settings → Partners. They get the access you choose, and an advisor seat does not count towards your plan’s users.
